The Infinite Series Sniper Row locks you into a full prone pull position, taking momentum and lower-back compensation out of the equation so the lats and mid-back do the work. The chest pad adjusts for height and angle and is wrapped in quilted upholstery, letting lifters of different torso lengths find a stable, comfortable pressing point before they ever load a plate.
Built as a unilateral, plate-loaded machine, it forces each side of the back to pull independently — closing left-right imbalances that bilateral rows tend to mask. Multi-grip handles cover pronated, supinated, and neutral positions, and a support handle tucked under the chest pad gives lifters a solid brace point for controlled single-arm sets.
