Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The BUILT Strength Foundation Series Preacher Curl Bench supports two distinct curl positions — a 45-degree preacher curl and an 85-degree upright bicep curl — from the same station, each angle targeting the biceps differently without requiring any adjustment between positions. The angled arm pad braces the upper arms and eliminates shoulder swing, keeping every rep strict and the full load on the biceps and brachialis.
An integrated bar catch provides safe, convenient barbell placement between sets — no awkward hold at the top of each set waiting to re-rack. Heavy-duty welded steel construction at 210 lb keeps the bench stable throughout heavy bilateral and unilateral curl work, and high-density foam padding delivers lasting comfort at both pad positions. New.

- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.

Utility benches are upright typically, flat benches remain level for presses and rows.
2. How much floor space do I need?
Reserve a 4′ × 2′ area with an extra foot on each side for movement.
3. Are flat benches compatible with Smith machines?
Yes—most flat benches fit under Smith bars; verify width in product specs.
4. Do benches come with a warranty?
