The half rack handles squats, presses, and rack pulls with adjustable J-cups and safety bars, while the integrated deadlift platform delivers a firm, stable pull surface — all within a single footprint that keeps the training floor organized and efficient.
Four band pegs built into the platform enable accommodating resistance on pulls and presses, building speed and power through the full range of motion. A pull-up bar extends upper-body training beyond the barbell, and eight integrated weight horns keep plates on the rack and off the floor.
