The BUILT Strength Foundation Series Full Cage Power Rack is built from 3mm thick steel tubing with 31 adjustment positions — 31 positions across the uprights gives enough granularity to dial in the exact bar height for squats, bench press, overhead press, rack pulls, and barbell rows for any user. Included J-cups and spotter bars provide the safety catches needed for solo heavy lifting without a training partner present.
A 1,000+ lb load capacity on a 52" × 52" square footprint keeps the rack stable under maximal loading without claiming excessive floor space — the square footprint fits into corner and compact training spaces that rectangular racks cannot. At 87" tall and 287 lb, it is a full-height commercial cage suitable for both home gyms and professional training environments. New.
