The BUILT Strength Fractal Series Seated Tricep Press isolates all three heads of the triceps through an angled pressing motion designed to minimize shoulder involvement and keep load directly on the triceps — the arm angle and press path are set to engage the long, medial, and lateral heads through the full extension arc without shifting stress to the anterior deltoids or joint structures. Unilateral or bilateral pressing allows single-arm work for addressing tricep strength imbalances alongside standard bilateral loading.
A contoured backrest keeps the torso stable and correctly positioned throughout every set, and adjustable seat height fits the user correctly to the angled press arms. A 280 lb selectorized stack and 715 lb commercial frame deliver serious loading capacity and structural stability for professional tricep development. New.
