The BUILT Strength Fractal Series Lateral Raise isolates the medial deltoids through a seated shoulder abduction movement with adjustable arm pads and customizable start position — setting the correct start angle before the movement begins ensures the medial deltoid is under load from the first degree of abduction rather than the arm pad carrying the weight through an un-tensioned dead zone. Torso support keeps the body braced throughout, removing the trunk lean compensation that standing lateral raises allow.

Unilateral or bilateral lateral raise training, consistent selectorized resistance through the full abduction arc, and a 160 lb stack on a 590 lb commercial frame for progressive shoulder width development. New.

Medial Deltoids
Anterior Deltoids Trapezius Supraspinatus

Adjustable Arm Pads & Start Position
Arm pad and start position adjustments set the correct abduction angle before the movement begins — placing the medial deltoid under tension from the first degree of raise rather than letting the arm pad carry the weight through a dead zone at the bottom.
Ergonomic Seat & Torso Support
Ergonomic seat and torso support brace the body throughout the lateral raise — removing the trunk lean compensation that standing lateral raises allow and keeping every rep's load exclusively on the medial deltoid.
Unilateral & Bilateral Training
Raise both arms simultaneously for bilateral shoulder width work, or train one side at a time for focused unilateral medial deltoid isolation — both options from the same 160 lb selectorized station.
160 lb Stack · 590 lb Commercial Frame
A 160 lb selectorized stack provides the loading range for progressive medial deltoid development, and a 590 lb commercial-grade steel frame delivers the stability and durability for sustained shoulder isolation training in professional environments.
