The BUILT Strength Assisted Chin/Dip combines two of the most effective upper-body bodyweight movements into a single compact station — a 190 lb counterbalance stack that reduces effective bodyweight for both chin-ups and dips. Dial assistance up for beginners building foundational pulling and pressing strength, or reduce it progressively until the movement is unassisted and bodyweight work becomes the training standard.
Both stations are fully accessible within the same footprint — no switching machines, no extra floor space.
