Collect your order from our Central Texas warehouse at no charge. Pickups are by appointment on weekdays, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck to take your equipment home.
What To Know Before You Come
No Delivery Charge
Pickup is free. Choose it at checkout instead of a delivery option and nothing is added to your order.
Trailer Or Truck Required
Gym equipment does not fit in a car or an SUV. You will need a trailer or a pickup truck to collect it.
Weekdays Only
Pickups run Monday to Friday by appointment. We do not offer weekend pickup.

We contact you as soon as your order is ready so you can book a time that suits you. Please do not turn up unannounced.
How It Works
1. Choose pickup at checkout. Pick the warehouse pickup option instead of a delivery method. There is no charge for it.
2. We get your order ready. Your equipment is inspected, serviced and staged in the warehouse. How long that takes depends on the machine, and we will tell you where yours stands.
3. Someone from our team reaches out. As soon as your order is ready to collect, we contact you directly. You do not need to chase us.
4. You book your slot. Schedule your pickup at buildagym.com/inperson. Pickups are weekdays only, so pick a day that works during the week.
5. Come and collect it. Bring a trailer or a pickup truck and we will get you loaded and on your way.
What To Bring
- A trailer or a pickup truck. Commercial gym equipment is heavy and awkward, and it will not go in a car, an SUV or a van.
- Straps or ratchet ties. Securing the load for the drive home is your responsibility, so bring what you need to tie it down properly.
- Your order number. It makes finding your equipment on the floor quicker.
- An extra pair of hands, if you can. Our team will help you load, but a second person makes the drive home a lot easier at the other end.
