The BUILT Strength Foundation Series Upright Bench is a dedicated seated pressing platform built around a fixed 80-degree back pad that enforces strict overhead pressing form — eliminating the lean-back compensation that adjustable benches allow and keeping load directly on the deltoids and triceps through the full pressing arc. At 80 degrees, the torso stays nearly vertical while still providing full upper back contact and support.
High-density commercial-grade padding and a welded steel frame deliver comfort and stability through heavy dumbbell shoulder presses, overhead extensions, seated curls, and accessory movements. At just 36" long and 90 lb, this bench integrates efficiently into any floor layout without claiming significant space. New.
