Everything arrived as expected and I couldn't wait to start using it. I plugged it up and waited for it to come on. Went right into using it. The next day I connected the ethernet cable to get it on the internet. During that process, I found that I had to sign in and I realized the touch screen was not working correctly. Everything I touched on the left side was 1" off so I was entering my wrong password every time. I submitted a warranty to CTX and got a text message the very next morning from Tobias. He pretty much knew what my problem was right off the bat and offered to walk me through it via video chat but I had him give me instructions instead. Followed them to a T and the screen works perfectly. I couldn't be more happy about my purchase now and I will definitely recommend them to others.

I am the very happy owner of a refurbished Precor Elliptical machine. It was an ordeal (mine, not CTX’s to get it delivered, as I live in Los Angeles and had to evacuate from the wildfires in January. I finally installed this fantastic equipment but had trouble connecting to the Precor software through the Internet. Thank God I had Tobias walk me through the rather complicated process. What was scheduled to be a 15-minute video call turned out to be a 45-minute diagnosis and update. Tobias was extremely patient and professional, and the whole staff at CTX was outstanding through the entire ordering and setup processes.

These fellows provide great service & I can wholeheartedly recommend them. They shipped a big refurbished stepmill to me across the continental US. Packaging was done well (though the courier broke policy on delivery by not informing me or getting a signature.) Note if you're getting curbside delivery it comes on a pallet -- make sure you have a way to get it into your house. I personally needed to get it up a hill & almost had to tarp it on the street before getting a forklift tractor. As far as the Matrix c7xe Climbmill -- it's an excellent machine with good mechanics. We discovered a deadzone on the touchscreen but CTX Home Gyms fully setup & covered the repair. Shoutout to Tobias for making the repair process easy, & to Dillon for honoring a sitewide discount that I almost missed.
